Tour Description:

Big Cat Safari Tour is also known as Tiger Safari Tour. In this tour packages, you will explore the Tiger habitat places of Rajasthan. The first place to explore in this tour is Delhi, the capital city of India. After that you will be taken to Sariska where you will get to witness the famous royal Bengal tigers. After Sariska, you will explore Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary at Bharatpur and then Ranthambhore National Park at Ranthambore. At the end of this tour, you will visit one of the royal cities of India called Jaipur also known as Pink city of Rajasthan. The city is known royal culture and tradition of Rajputs.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 01, Arrival in Delhi: Arrive in Delhi and meet our representative. Take the hotel. In the late afternoon, visit the Red Fort, the centre of the capital of the Mughal dynasty and the Jama Masjid, the largest mosque of Asia built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. You can enjoy the light and sound show programme at Red Fort. After dinner, stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 02, Delhi -Sariska (191kms - 4 hours drive): After breakfast, proceed towards Sariska located in the Alwar district of Rajasthan.

On arrival at Sariska, check-in at the hotel. Sariska Tiger Reserve is home to royal Bengal tigers, leopards, jungle cat and various other wild animals. A naturalist will guide you to explore the Sariska Tiger Reserve in the late afternoon. Also visit the Sariska Palace, and Kankawati Fort.

In the evening, cultural programmes at the jungle lodge. After dinner, stay overnight.

Day 03, Sariska - Bharatpur (130 kms-2.30 hours): In the morning, again start jeep safari through the tiger trails of the park. You will spot several wild animals.

Check out the hotel and drive to Bharatpur. On arrival take a hotel. Then explore the Bharatpur city and the spot the birds at the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. During winter season, lots of birds come from the winter countries to Bharatpur. A rickshaw ride is the best way to explore the Bharatpur Park.

After dinner, stay overnight.

Day 04, Bharatpur - Ranthambhore (225 kms-4.30 hours): In the early morning again go on a bird safari tour in the sanctuary. Then check-out and head towards Ranthambhore National Park. On reaching Ranthambore, take the jungle lodge. Though the royal Bengal tiger is the main attraction in Ranthambore yet this park has lots of wild animals. The park houses panthers, marsh crocodiles, hyenas, jungle cats, sloth bears and a great variety of birds.

Afternoon, enjoy a jeep or elephant safari in the park to spot the wild animals and the forests. An experienced naturalist will guide you.

After dinner, stay overnight.

Day 05, Ranthambhore: Get up early and have your breakfast. In the early morning go on a jungle safari in the park. Visit the Ranthambore Fort, the erstwhile hunting lodge of the maharajas.

You can visit the Sawai Madhopur city and the local tribal villages to explore art and handicrafts. The tribal villages of Ranthambore are an attraction to the cultural tourists.

After bonfire dinner, stay overnight.

Day 06, Ranthambhore - Jaipur (190 kms- 4 hours drive): Check-out the Ranthambore hotel and drive to Jaipur, the pink city of Rajasthan.

On arrival in Jaipur, take the hotel. Have a lip-smacking lunch at a famous restaurant in Jaipur. In the late afternoon explore the City Palace, a blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture and Hawa Mahal, the five-storey red sandstone architecture.

After a theme dinner at an ethnic restaurant, stay overnight.

Day 07, Jaipur Sightseeing: After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Amber Fort perched on a hill top. Amber is the classic Rajasthani fort which blends the architecture of Mughal and Hindu styles. Enjoy an elephant ride.

Post lunch, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour in Jaipur. Visit the Jantar Mantar, the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II. Visit the Albert Hall Museum. Then do shopping at the markets of Jaipur which is home to lots of handicrafts.

After dinner, stay overnight.

Day 08, Jaipur-Delhi (258 kms - 5.30 hours): Drive to Delhi and on arrival, take the hotel. Then a sightseeing tour in New Delhi which covers the Humayun's Tomb, the Qutub Minar, the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, and drive past the President's Residence.

You can buy souvenirs for your near and dear ones at the markets of Delhi. After dinner, stay overnight.

Day 09, Delhi – Departure: Start your sightseeing in Old Delhi. Visit the Red Fort, The Jama Masjid, and the Chandni Chowk market. And pay your tribute to the Father of Nation at Raj Ghat.

You will be transferred timely to the Delhi airport.
